Eforia is please to announce a new forwarding option to our buyers who don’t want to take their chances and being asked to pay Import Duties Taxes on Delivery. (IF ANY).

 

When purchasing products from overseas, customer are sometimes subject of paying Import Duties Taxes, which does not always happen but will is some cases. Here at Eforia we want to help.

 

For an extra cost, Eforia is delighted to provide a new forwarding option to our buyers avoiding them to take their chances with Import Duties Taxes.

 

Eforia will have the product sent out to our office here in the UK, which then will be forwarded to your personal address from our UK office.

 

The product will take a little longer (2-3 days) to arrive but will without Import Duties Taxes being asked on delivery.

- Eforia do believe that you wont find the Quality of our Products any cheaper in Europe even with Import Duties Tax Added, Which once again will remain a LOW COST PRODUCT.

 

- When you purchase any products from Eforia you agree and Acknowledge that you might be subject in some cases to Import Tax Duties payable by you when you receive the products. (non refundable by Eforia).

- The product(s) arrive in just a few days, usually 6-10 day after payment received. Order processing and dispatch usually within 3 business days.

 

- PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

 

- We ship worldwide EXCEPT the following destinations: (due to custom related issues). Asia, Africa, South America, Italy and Portugal.

 

- The item(s) will be sent to you via a reputable postal service such as DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country:

(If ANY)

Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels (rarely on single item). Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country. Whatever you order from Eforia, we will send you. We won't enforce any rules so it's up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.

As the buyer you will be responsible for paying any import duty tax if any

(non refundable by Eforia).

Usually these taxes are LOW, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand,

Many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipment.

 

 

 

 

 Returns & Refunds


- In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect that causes the device to be unacceptable or unusable during the first 12 months after dispatch, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back to EFORIA (Return Address, supplier locations), we will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement, after an investigation from us.

 

- Please first contact Eforia by email to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials and must be in the same condition as received. So they are sent back with the correct paperwork. We will do our best to help you.

 

- If the item is found to be defective when received. You must inform Eforia by email within seven (7) days from the date you received the item. It is your responsibility to check prior to accept the item from the postal service for any defect.

 

- Your shipping costs returning the products to our warehouse (supplier locations) are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Eforia.

 

- Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software, invalidates the warranty.

 


Refunds

- Orders will be refunded in full where an order is cancelled during the initial order checking process.
 
- Eforia reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20%.

     

    - Additional charges may be deducted from refunds in cases where goods have been shipped overseas and are returned for reasons beyond Eforia’s control.

     Read The Small Print!

    Before you read the small print: Importing is a breeze in most countries! You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. Sales Tax) and sometimes variable Import Duty when the items arrive, but in the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from our wharehouses by courier arrive safely with no problems at all!

    Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. If you are in an NTSC video color region, don't order PAL products for your market. Check if your country's networks will match the GSM frequency bands of Cell Phones you are ordering. Check if your locality has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers. If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order left side passenger sun visor Car DVD Monitors! Duh!

    Additionally, there are some (cool) types of gadgets including for example (but not limited to) radio signal jammers, high powered lasers, and could-be-considered-medical products like e-cigarettes, that are not legal (booo!) to import into certain countries. As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions. Eforia will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized. In addition Eforia is not responsible for informing you of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.

    We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

    Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay.
